Hypotonia

noun
(1) The condition in which the muscle tone is abnormally low, resulting in a diminished resistance of muscles to passive stretching, as in muscle hypotonia.
(2) Reduced tension of a body part, used of the arteries and the intraocular fluid of the eyeball.
