A muscular sac which contains the testes.
The external pouch that contains the testes.The sac containing the testis in male mammals that are situated on the posterior of the body for cooling purposes, providing the optimal conditions for the semen existing inside the testis, which must remain in favourable conditions as they are the gametes involved in the fertilisation process to preserve the species.
