Souchong

Souchong is a kind of black tea (Camellia sinensis) of a fine quality. It is originally from the Wuyi region of the province Fujian in China. It renders a distinctively smoky pine flavor when the leaves are smoke-dried over pinewood fires. Synonym: smoked tea.
