(1) The arrangement or the distribution of blood vessels in an organ or body part (e.g. the vasculature of the brain, of the lungs, of the kidneys, or of the heart itself).
(2) The network of blood vessels of an organ or body part; it includes all vessels of the body from the aorta to arteries, capillaries and veins.
