Emulsoid
a colloidal dispersion in which the dispersed particles are more or less liquid and exert a certain attraction on and absorb a certain quantity of the fluid in which they are suspended.
Synonym: emulsion colloid, hydrophil colloid, hydrophilic colloid, lyophilic colloid.
